The reason is simple and complex as usual, godot has a bug for a long time that if you link level 1 to level 2, and then level 3 to level 1, that is, loop the levels, then a failure will occur, and you will simply lose access to the editor and will have to separately remove the dependency through the visual code, and I just did not figure it out and deleted the script of all levels under 0.
