License for Using 3D Models

1. Free Use: You may use my 3D models for non-commercial projects, including personal or educational purposes.
2. Restrictions on Modification and Distribution:
   1. Minor Changes (e.g., texture changes or small adjustments): Such modifications do not grant you the right to resell or distribute my models.
   2. Significant Modifications (e.g., integration into larger projects): Using models in commercial projects is allowed only if the models are not distributed separately, even if modified.
3. No Redistribution: You are not allowed to share or distribute my models to other individuals or teams unless they are directly collaborating with you on the same project. Anyone using the models must either purchase them or be part of the same project.
